Kismet Hotel

One of the team member didn't greet us on our arrival she was not friendly she did ask for my name and then she says I must go up to room number 16 ,,not even tell us about the Wifi we wanted to extend unfortunately the room was not even up to date, old towels, cockroaches morning allover the room ,Am very disappointed

Parking lot.

Set up in the room with 3 single beds was good.

The shower door was leaking. After shower I had to step on a pool of water to reach the bed. No lift to the second floor. The blanket was not clean.

Thevroom was very clean an comfortable an had everything we needed...the fridge microwave an kettle were excellent add on

The private parking is arround the corner an very inconvenient as they do not have a entrance that leads directly into the hotel ...a door leading into the hotel from the private parking would be much safer for geust especially from out of town who do not know the area

It was clean and had hot water.

There's only one switch for the two bedrooms and bathroom. The parking is far you have to walk around the hotel after parking your vehicle. Maybe an entrance from the parking area leading straight to the Hotel will be a good idea especially for the safety of the guest.
