Steynshoop Mountain Lodge (Hotel)

The view of the mountain and the staff abuti Thabo the Cheff I respect him.

The location is awesome except for the roads getting there. The beds are small Staff is friendly. The menu is limited the food was horrible, and over priced, actually got sick after supper..

The food. Was terrible and got sick after supper. No one even tries to help with luggage etc The roads is bad. Far away from other places that's why the food is so expensive. Would have been great if it was good, don't mine paying for good food. Limited menu.

Exceptional service. Well maintained. Value for money. Clean and neat space. Food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended to get away from the city and enjoy the quiet space of nature.

All the meals were delicious especially the 3 course dinner menus. A+ to the chef.

The dinner was great, the view also was awesome. Our Room was great I'll request it again. I enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly, compliments to the chef bra T.

The breakfast was great but they could try to have different options like they do with dinner. The pool was a bit dirty didn't enjoy the swim.

The view is beautifull and the pool is awesome. The room is also very nice.

There are unfortunately no options for meals other than what is set for the day. Supper is served a bit late and there are no gaps between the starters,main and desert so you cant really enjoy the meals. I would suggest more meal options and cheaper ones as well.

Breakfast was great and location was easy to find

There was dust in the rooms and the pool was not clean to the fullest even the rooms were not been clean or changing of the sheets and towels in the morning
