The location is fantastic - the views are beautiful and the chef makes lovely home cooked meals.

There should be more attention to detail - clearing dirty glasses and general cleaning. Some things needs upgrading, like patio furniture.

"Excellent brake away weekend."

Was extremely peaceful and tranquil and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

"Amazing Break"

We had such a lovely time at Steynshoop for our work retreat. Peter and Thabo took excellent care of us throughout the stay, and kept us fed on delicious, generous home cooked meals. We had an amazing game drive at a lodge nearby that was recommended by Peter and were thrilled by the presence of game at Steynshoop that we could watch from the Lapa area. Beds were lovely and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing break away.
