Swimming pool but I didn’t have the chance to use it

Everything was just like home away from home. Very clean, comfortable room with ambient lighting.

My dinner did not meet my expectations. There's no microwave in the room either.

I had a great stay all was perfect. However they failed to provision for an early breakfast besides me notifying them the previous night.

I arrived an hour after my supposed arrival time and my room was not ready for check in.had to wait

I have been to the ASMARA hotel 4 times in the last 2 years, I have arranged for 20 friends and colleagues to stay there as well. My last stay was terrible. In the shower, after turning on the water, I got ellectrical current shock The soap shelves did not work Cockroaches were everywhere The reception did not prepare the invoice on time for my request when I asked for it. The receptionist Anna was arrogant, rude. She dared to tell me as a guest that there are always problems with me??? The breakfast is getting poorer and poorer. Safe did not work Taxis that are ordered by Yang, broken cars, technically in terrible condition. The taxi driver drove away and did not return our money.
