During most of my stay, the network connectivity was extremely poor. On several occasions, I was informed that a technician would be called to assess the issue. However, throughout the entire week, despite my numerous calls requesting assistance, the problem remained unresolved. As an international traveller, consistent and reliable connectivity is essential for communication, navigation, and managing travel arrangements. The lack of stable network access caused significant inconvenience.

Consistent wifi issues and the breakfast selection is very poor.

Breakfast was good and staff very attentive

I thought the room service meal would have been better. The steak was too tough we couldn't eat

The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional.
