"Exceptional!"

It is an amazing place in all aspects of what i wanted and expected from accommodation. Also their meals, from breakfast to dinner were exceptional. This all plus friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend it.

"It was a good stay."

This is a new facility with a modern design.The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was professional and very courteous.

The rooms did not have a TV set. One would be very helpful for family traveling with kids or teenagers. The dinner menu needs some variety. Breakfast was good.

What a lovely gift in Vic Falls! Nkosi is a beautiful, well-kept boutique hotel in Vic Falls approximately 1km from the downtown area. It is well appointed, with staff who are genuinely happy to work there. The chef is phenomenal and produced world-class meals each night (this was the deciding factor for me based on other reviews). Of note: soups and the chicken hasselback.

This is very minor, but at full pressure, the shower drain started to back up. Honestly, this is the only thing I can think of.

Well located, beautiful and quiet lodge. Room and bathroom was spacious. Located close to a convenience store (walkable during daylight hours). Very welcoming, friendly and efficient staff.

Room could have used a mini fridge.

The staff made all of our excursions for us, which made my vacation so much more relaxing. They accomadated us in every way we could imagine!!! If I ever am blessed enough to get to Africa again, I would want to stay at this hotel again!!!!! Thanks to all the staff I made friends with!!!!! much love!!!! Hope to see you again

I could not plug in my devices from the US . The staff bent over backwards to assist us, but my curling iron got terribly over headed and burnt my hair., I learned to plug and unplug to do my hair for special nights. It was a headache to have to do all that to look nice going out, but it was well worth what I experienced in Africa. I have no complaints! I hope some day I can come back !!!! You have a beautiful place and I was blessed to visit !!! Thank you for everything!!
