Downtown Cheyenne

It was the perfect base to explore Cheyenne from. Apartment 2 was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. We loved walking our pup around. The quiet neighborhood and he loved romping in the small dog park area just steps from our door. We would stay again when in the area.

The location was perfect for the Civic Center.

Some areas in the apartment were not clean.

Location was great and property was comfortable inside. The owners were available and eager to help when assistance was needed. Very affordable.

Upon arrival noticed that the oven light was on and found a pan of pizza rolls in the oven. The oven light (indicating a hot surface) never shuts off. Also found a good amount of dirty clothes left from past guests. We couldn’t open the windows for a breeze either because there were no screens on. Also the pictures from booking are not accurate to which apt you may get.

the lights were not good you had to keep on the bedroom light on when use the bathroom that was the worst thing

The location was okay... it would have been nice if it was .3 miles from the depot plaza as advertised but my wife who is a runner used her GPS to record it was .9 miles from the plaza. In the autumn cold it was a lot farther of a walk than anticipated. The room was very nice & comfy.

It was .9 miles from the depot plaza instead of the .3 miles advertised. The facility was very nice although the flooring in front of the bathroom had a "buckle" in it due to being cut a little long & my wife caught the bottom of her foot over it as she walked into the bedroom. She is athletic & it wasn't any big deal, I didn't find it a big deal either but someone who is elderly or not very athletically inclined might stumble & fall forward. It really should be lifted up & have a 1/4th inch cut off the end so it doesn't have a hump in front of the bathroom. A note to the owners, the tile looking wrap around the tub has pretty good sized cracks in the corners that doesn't have grout & in time the water will end up leaking in & causing wood damage behind the tile. I thought it a little odd being requested to empty & carry garbage sacks to a central garbage, I thought that was part of the 50.00 clean up fee? Not a big deal but noted. Also requested was dishes be put in the dishwasher & started... wouldn't that be part of the clean up fee? We only had one cup & one glass but ran the dishwasher for them as requested. Not a big deal but again, should be part of the clean up fee.

The little old house was very cute in a lovely old neighborhood of Cheyenne. The location was very convenient to the downtown area. The bed was very comfortable, and the full kitchen was a nice added touch. Bathroom facilities were updated and clean.
