Our room had a moldy smell. The carpet was sticky and wet. There was just a musky and moldy smell.

Enjoyed Our Overnight Stay While Enjoying Time At The Casino!!

The staff was so friendly, helpful, and nice. Room was like home, spacious comfortable. It had everything you would need. Clean! Even the owner, who just happened to be there and was not working at the time, took time to help us with the coffee machine. She was so nice and friendly. I can stay enough about how impressed I was with our stay at Stonebrook Lodge.

If they could upgrade the irons that would be great! And some room furniture!

We were here for my husband’s birthday. Our room had an old smell. Our pillows had something blue on them. My mother-n-laws room was fine but my sister-n-laws room smelled like old too. However, the staff was amazing the switched my sister’s room so she could be close to my mother that was a blessing.

Breakfast was not very good, but besides that nice place.

The property is nice and well kept. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a little disappointing - no protein - just waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal type things. The stuff that was there was fine, I'm just a person that needs protein with breakfast so it stands out. The internet at this location essentially doesn't work. You can connect but only get one bar and have to refresh 67 times to get a partial refresh. I asked about the internet the first morning and was told by a very nice woman at the counter that the IT person would be working on it that day. When I arrived back in the evening I asked the woman behind the counter (a different one) if the internet issues had been resolved and her response was to laugh at me and tell me no. I thought it was very rude and unprofessional. The next morning there was a different gentleman behind the counter who I asked about the internet issue and he basically said the internet doesn't work well in the mountains, which is BS because it works fine at other nearby hotels I've stayed at and the casino. I would not recommend this hotel if you need viable internet during your stay. I certainly will not be staying there again.

Great stay. Clean and comfortable.
