"confusion and Lack of Correct payment Records"

big hot tub, friendly staff.

at first the manager had no record of my payment through Booking.com. took a while for him to find out. then was shown a room with water leaking on floor. manager shoowed me a different room which i took. Later he called to say we should have been in the big room. but we were already settled. the room i was in had no drawers or closets.

place is a little let’s say used , got the jacuzzi rm , fun but seen a few parties for sure lol , overall clean sheets and quick clean when I checked in , had to give house keeping 30 minutes to do a guickie ,,, notice the room was half the price I paid the next day ,,,,, not sure I’d highly recommend
