Hotel San Ramon

Excellent location. Convenient and walkable to just about everything you'd want to see in Bisbee. Comfy and clean with some character. Really enjoyed the stay.

More instruction on the heating and cooling systems would have been nice. A surprising number of non-operational units were present and a quick start guide would have been helpful for the mini-split. They should also get rid of the open WiFi network that doesn't connect - that was a bit confusing for awhile.

Lovely furnishings in our room and the two queen beds were beautifully pillowed. The high ceilings in our room were pleasantly dappled with rays of light all night. The bathroom was roomy and clean and we enjoyed the array of lotions, soaps, and shampoos.

The shower faucet was extremely difficult to turn to adjust the water temperature.

Could not find hotel. Traffic was overwhelming

Tried calling for help.....NO ANSWER!! Total loss for us. Did not stay Why is there no phone service!! Answer your phone!!

The heat was impossible to figure out

Noisy from outside. Too expensive

Self check in was fast and convenient. Micro and fridge freezer in room was nice, but coffee maker had calcium build up in water tank so didn't feel comfortable using.

AC system was complicated and smelled funny at first but cleared up. Would be nice to have coffee set up in common area in the morning so don't have to leave just to get coffee.

Nothing

First they didn't note it is note accessible. When I found out it wasn't i tried to change it about 15 minutes after my reservation. NO answer. I called and called no answer. They finally called back 1 hour before check in time. They said she was busy. And wouldn't give me my money back. After going back and forth. She said she would well it's been over 3 weeks no refund. Stay away.
