Great location, affordable suites, wonderful staff.

It was all great!

Super clean! Very welcoming when you walk through the door with a fireplace and seating area. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms were fantastic and very clean as well. Bedding smelled fresh and comfortable pillows. Bed could have been a little softer, but that's all up to your own taste. The room we were in had laminate flooring versus carpet which was great. Felt so much nicer and cleaner. Overall, a great place to stay. Our first time there, but will definitely return. Very convenient location to downtown Sister Bay!! Great amenities for summer time with outdoor pool and grills.

I surprised my kids at Christmas with a 3 night family getaway in April to Pheasant Park! I had been there a few times before and always enjoyed my stay. We had a blast! We had a 3 bedroom unit for the 6 of us. We all brought meals and snacks to share, and many different board/card games to play at night. And of course a nice variety of adult beverages! The pool area was awesome! The location is great. The staff is super nice! Enjoy your stay.

My granddaughter loved the pool.

The person at the front desk on our first day was not friendly and seemed to want to find something to yell at us for. The front desk staff the next two days were very friendly and helpful.

We reserved three suites for a family weekend. Everyone was quite impressed with the facility and were very happy spending the weekend there. Sister Bay is a wonderful village, and a great location to relax and refresh. We plan to return next year!

Front desk was very helpful

Pheasant Park is a great resort for families. The rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. Each room has a living room and kitchen as well which was very helpful with making some of our own meals during our stay. The indoor pool and hot tub were also fun for the kids. The resort is also a 2 min drive from downtown Sister Bay. The staff there is also very nice. They neatly arranged my son's 20+ stuffed animals nicely during their room refresh - haha! They had a nice board game selection for families to play too! Why I didn't give it 5 stars? The resort was clearly built in the 90s and hasn't been updated significantly since. The pool and hot tub were also a little dirty as well and could have been cleaned. Not hotel related but visiting Door County in the off season like we did had very limited activities. I assumed it would be limited but was very surprised with the severe lack of dining options and shopping. If you plan to visit from Jan-April I'd plan on just staying at the hotel the entire time.
