Das Hotel ist mitten in der Altstadt von Utrecht und daher toll gelegen, Check-In ist per Handy möglich, Gepäck kann man in der Boutique nebenan unterstellen, Betten sind sehr gemütlich, Zimmer schön eingerichtet, alles war sauber Das Frühstück im Café war aussergewöhnlich gut! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

"Key system fails. Not able to enter your room at night."

Emergency number doesnt work. We got locked out of our rom around 2 at night. Their electronic keys do not work 100% if the time. They do not support any alternatives in cases the system fails. Meaning it is possible to not be able to enter your room outside their working hours as they are a staff-less hotel. This is unacceptable. I would not book here until they have alternative solutions to their electronic key system. Risk is too high that you cannot enter your own room at night and have access to your belongings.
