I really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon, which were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. I also appreciated the friendliness of the restaurant staff, who were consistently welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent as well, just a short walk from the city centre.

I did not receive the access code for my room via email and had to ask the restaurant staff to let me in. Only after the stay I found the code in the messages on booking.com. When I entered the room, the air conditioning was running while the window was open, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned, with visible hair on the floor. The bedside lights were also excessively bright, making the room less comfortable in the evening. The main issue, however, was security. On my second night, other guests were unable to find their room and were given a master code that also opened my door. This gave me the impression that access codes are not changed between stays and raised serious concerns about guest safety. Overall, I felt somewhat left on my own during check‑in, in contrast with the very kind restaurant staff.

Gute Lage, Zimmer/Badezimmer gross und gut eingerichtet

Die angegebene Adresse stimmt nicht. Die korrekte Adresse um den Eingang zu finden ist nicht an der 2 Zupanciceva ulica sondern Tomsiceva Ulica. Die korrekte Angabe würde das Suchen vereinfachen. Der PIN code 2020 ist nur bedingt richtig weil das Zeichen # fehlt. Auch hier wieder eine klare Information hilft das mehrmalige Versuchen. In der Zimmerinformation steht zwar Untergeschoss, aber es steht nicht dass es kein Tageslicht gibt. Die Fensterplissee/Lamelle im Zimmer 2 ist teils kaputt und schwierig zum öffnen/schliessen. Bestimmt schon seit einer Weile und wir von niemandem repariert. Das Frühstück am Sonntagmorgen dauerte zu lange. Es war nur 1 Mitarbeiterin anwesend, die alles alleine machen musste und daher war die Wartezeit sehr lange, nicht ideal wenn man wenig Zeit hat und zum Bahnhof muss um den Zug zu erreichen. Es gibt auch kein Buffet wo man sich schnell selber bedienen könnte.

Gehorig. Veel lawaai van de straat. Met raam dicht beter, maar geen werkende ventilatie of auto. Slecht geregeld ontbijt: restaurant was dicht dus geen ontbijt. Geen goede communicatie.
