The staff is truly amazing, they were very kind, friendly and helpful, we felt very comfortable.

The bedroom was confortable an clean

There was some loud activity until late at night (most of the nights) I payed my stay one day earlier to save time on my last day. However, I was called to come back (I was already at the front door) because, supposedly I did not pay the foreign taxes. I needed to repeat several times to the lady at the front desk that I was in a hurry and I did pay everything at the previous day. She should have checked when I dropped the key before complaning and she should have believe me. She just let me go after she checked her computer and did not care for what I was saying and that I was late or not.

Service was perfect. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, extremely attentive. They even offered to drive us to our appointment in town, as Uber and Taxis are not available. No charge either.

The room was something out of the 60's. Wash basin was damaged (discoloured). Bath had an old shower curtain. Bed was quite acceptable. The room really needs an update. The rest of the hotel is perfectly in order.
