The Gull Oceanside Inn & Motel

The facility was extremely well maintained, clean and comfortable. The room was very nicely appointed; I loved the little kitchenette. The bathroom is pretty small, and could use some hooks to hang clothes, but otherwise was very clean and functional. The location was close enough to downtown that it was an easy walk to all the fun, but far enough away that it was quiet and relaxing. There's parking in a designated lot across the street, which was pretty convenient except when there was lots of traffic. It really was about 350 feet to a beach entrance, so it was super convenient. Overall, an excellent choice!

The price was a bit steep, especially since I was only there with a friend for one night, but it is during the high season, and honestly I was glad to find any place with accommodations.

I didn’t. It was too spread out. Private properties in between the hotel property. The cost was way too much for what you got.

I didn't like on top of paying a significant amount for my room. They had me pay an additional amount for my daughter and grandkids to use the pool for the day.

Had to ask 3xs (Sunday Morning, Monday Morning then Monday Evening) for a new Keurig Machine as the one in the room stopped working. Train goes by around 5am every morning- didn’t bother me but someone who is a light sleeper may not like.

Room was in the basement, not too happy for paying $400.00 per night, couldn’t even look out a window

We liked the access to various property pools and the closeness of the beach. We also enjoyed that all rooms had balconies and chairs on those balconies.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The rooms floors also could have been cleaner it was a bit dusty and our daily turn down service did not turn down our room even with the please turn down room sign on the door.
