Convenience and comfort

The $50.00 deposit for room cleaning in a non-smoking room and the guests smoking in the hallway.. We just hope to get the deposit back.

Very nice, clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dining area also looked clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hazleton. Beautifully maintained with spacious rooms. The location was super convenient, would stay again.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the included breakfast is tasty. The rooms are nice and the beds are hygiene and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and both times have been great. Just a great hotel..friendly staff..great location..rooms were spotless..enjoyed my stay very much which was awesome..highly recommended..!

The night manager was VERY nice. the day employee behind desk not so much

The product that u use to clean has a horrible smell. I honestly don't think they add it to water. They use it straight out of the bottle The smell is very harmful. It's been all over the TV. You need to change

Breakfast was good.

They should let people know there will also be a $50 charge besides the cost of the room. Some people might not have the extra $50. We are still waiting for ours to be refunded since we followed the rules
