"100% coming back"

The staff was incredibly friendly and with good humor! The room was furnished in a very fun way (the horses were very funny) and the overal atmosphere was very cozy!

The building is quite old and our windows were right above the outside seating are so it was very loud in the evening HOWEVER ear plugs were provided if we needed them so that was not even a problem. The mattress and pillows were incredibly soft so if you prefer a hard mattress beware that it may be too soft.

Friendly welcome, beautiful classy room, spacious too. Place features restaurant and theatre (!). Centrally located in a small village. Grocery store across the street.

"Some missing details made the difference"

The position, in a small village outside Utrecht, and the warm welcome from the staff. The restaurant inside the hotel serves good food at a good price.

The room was freezing and the bad had two single sheets instead of a double one. Not nice, especially when the room is so cold. 115 euros per night without a decent bad seems a bit too much to me. The breakfast is excluded too and if you want it’s about 15 euros in addition per person.

"Wonderful room & great food"

Beautiful room (Kamer 1) with comfortable bed and very spacious bathroom (great tub & loved the mirror lighting). Staff is very nice and welcoming, we had also reserved a table in their restaurant & the food was great.

The restaurant closes at a reasonable time but the bar in a neighbouring building kept going until 3am blasting music in such a volume that sleep was only possible after they closed. Maybe it was a special occasion but if not then I wouldn't recommend staying the night on a Saturday.

"Fantastic b&b and restaurant !"

What a nice surprise ! We enjoyed very much our stay in this so well decorated old building, the soul of the b&b is kept as it was before. Our room was clean and well decorated, very spacious ! We enjoyed a delicious dinner in their restaurant. And the lady who served our delicious breakfast was so friendly and took great care of us ! We will definitely come back and we recommend this nice b&b !
