Hotel Room phone didn't work.

Did not like the property

We were never notified that the pool was “getting maintenance” during our stay so we were not able to use it, it was a big reason we booked the hotel. Didn’t see a single person working on that pool. We could not connect our devices to WiFi, we tried multiple. Even the TV would not connect to YouTube or screen cast from my phone. There are spider webs in the bathroom that we had to remove ourselves due to having a toddler walking around. The mini fridge wouldn’t stay shut due to uneven shelves. There was a screaming man and woman on the 2nd floor outside of our room, who continued to slam doors yell and wake up our children multiple times. We were woken up at 1030pm, 1am and again at 850am. Our room phone has no dial tone and we could not use it to call the front desk. I’ve also messaged the property multiple times during my stay and never heard back from anyone. The “room service” associated with the hotel is completely overpriced and if you make a mistake on your order there is no way to fix it or contact anyone until after the order is already delivered. There are random smells of curry lingering into our room through the day and night. There was some kind of drilling going on this morning at 9am that woke our daughter. We were given one small garbage back for a 3 night stay with 4 people.

Condition was Run down, room was too warm, the breakfast was the worst, pool was closed ,which was the only reason I stayed there for the outdoor pool.no wake up call available. Room phone didn’t work. Unable to understand front desk workers. Trash was not removed from room , I had to get fresh towels on my own for my second night. Owners not putting any money back into property. With so many choices for other accommodations in the area I’ll spend a little more for comfort.

This place was dirty and disgusting the guy at the front desk looked confused on the dirty rooms I wouldn't let my animal stay here and the pool was dark green I don't know how anyone would ever swim in that without getting an infection!

The room and hotel were much nice than we expected. Great deal for the price.

I like that it’s fairly close to a lot of things such as your main stores, tourist areas such as the Erie Zoo and the Bicentennial Tower. The hotel offers a decent breakfast, the little bit of staff we spoke too seemed nice and welcoming. I just wish that the cleanliness was a little better.

While it could’ve been worse, there were things that I feel are not up for debate such as the shower in our room being clogged, the sheets had minor stains (i couldn’t tell what they were), and there were webs by the AC unit which made me feel as though the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. Lastly, our refrigerator had some mildew stains on the trimming when you open the door.

Breakfast was poor. Stayed 2 nights and no one refreshed the room next day, had to go to desk to get fresh towels. TV was complicated to work, no channel guide, had to go up and down channels just see what was on. No coffee pot in room.

The breakfast buffet had nothing left including not knifes, napkins, and most of the food was gone by 8:45. Also thought rooms could be cleaner and had a lot of wall blemishes and damage to paint in room. For the cost, it was not worth the stay.
