"Good location but quite expensive."

Nice views overlooking the beach and Santa Cruz seafront.

Very close to road at front of hotel so quite noisy during the night.

"The hotel staff (especially the boy in the lounge area) is so friendly and really make you feel welcome as a first."

The view, the facilities with complimentary extras (coffee, thee, cookies at 16h, wine and cheese at 18. And loungeseats with a fire pit. We had an excellent evening here.

What would add to the expérience would be a house and room perfume. (In some places there was a bit of an odour)

The rooms open onto a back lawn, overlooking the beach and wharf, with the boardwalk half a block away!!!!

The mattresses could stand to be upgraded!

"LOVE this place"

The location is stellar, the view is second to none, the room was nice and clean, and the staff was amazingly and friendly.

Room is a bit small, but the outdoor space totally made up for it.

It was the first time we stayed at this hotel and we loved everything. The location, the service, the cleanliness and the care taken by the staff with the organization. We'll certainly be back
