Sehr zentral gelegen. Großes Zimmer. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Privater Parkplatz. Gute WLAN Verbindung.

Hotel, Zimmer und Ausstattung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mitarbeiter helfen bzgl Ausflugszielen auf Nachfrage zwar weiter, leider waren die Informationen jedoch meistens leider nicht vollständig oder nicht ganz korrekt.

Staff amazing, very helpful - even organising a takeaway breakfast so I could make an early bus to the volcano.

Wifi didn’t work (turns out they gave me an outdated sheet of wifi passwords). One of the breakfasts (not the takeaway) I had was very disappointing, cold and uninspiring.

we had a great stay here. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. always tending to our requests and need immediately. breakfast was delicious with about 5 options to select from that were filling and tasteful before leaving for any excursions. it was so close to centre historico. thé rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. a beautiful view from the rooftop too.

La amabilidad de todo el personal, especialmente la chica que nos atendió en recepción, que nos ayudó con un montón de cosas. El desayuno es a la carta y es excepcional.

La ubicación es cercana al centro pero por la noche las calles de acceso dan un poco de miedo si vas caminando…

Emplacement proche du centre ville à pied. Bon petit déjeuner. Parking privé fermé et nettoyage de la voiture. Personnel sympathique et serviable.

Hôtel vieillot mais authentique sans ascenseur.

Water pressure was very low, beds were rather soft

O rececionista António Aguilar foi sempre muito prestável e atencioso.

O hotel carece em parte de algumas melhorias nas instalações. Logo quando chegamos tivemos uma fuga de água na casa de banho que quase inundou o quarto. Mudaram-nos logo de quarto.
