Very nice hotel in a walkable location within Santa Ana. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We could not get the A/C to work very well. It was not blowing as much air as we would have liked but it wasn't terrible.

The rooms could include an extra chair. There is plenty of space but only one desk chair.
