Love the vintage field of the property and it was extremely clean

It’s a nice, retro motel. Affordable, clean, friendly & helpful staff. An easy walk to town. Really a great value .

Nice staff, clean inside and out. Kitchen area.

Some rooms were updated but they shortened the sink/counter area outside of the bathroom. Also, the lighting above that sink needs LED lighting. It is too dim. The upgrades should be kept as nostalgic as possible. Also, deadbolt got stuck and locked us inside the room. The front desk person came to our rescue before I had to climb out the front window. This is a fire hazard so I'm sure they'll be fixing it. Please don't let this steer you away from this motel.The el rancho is nostalgic, and it's very clean and very cute with a nice size pool in front! Most of the bottom floor rooms have little kitchenets that are very convenient, especially if you bring your own coffee pot! They have little fridges and a microwave in The kitchen, as well as a sink and countertop. We've always found it to be very clean!

Good price and location

The bed was VERY firm. The bathroom wasn't fully cleaned

There was no breakfast

Bathroom had hair all over the floor. Scratchy old towels. Bed sagged in the middle. Bathroom needed update.
