"Love the toes in the sand beach feel!"

Location! Proximity to beach and tiki bar.

Both times we have stayed there this year our room smelled of marijuana that someone was smoking nearby. Kind of a turn off.

"It's a great value being right on the beach as far as location though our room wasn't."

The facilities are older but we knew that going in. It was clean and the commode, sink and shower were new. Bed could have been a little more comfortable but it wasn't bad. Staff was nice and accommodating (granted us early church in) pool was in great condition and the tiki bar was awesome

Counter tops on the kitchen were worn out but everything was clean

I loved being on the beach and having a bar and grill close by. The deck had been redone as well.

but the room was very unclean and covered in sand from the minute we stepped foot in it. With a beach front hotel Id expect some sand but it was everywhere, even under the sheets. Also the bathroom in room 25 was in dire need or a good cleaning.
