El hotel es muy tranquilo y familiar destacándose por: ubicación en frente a la playa y con una bajada accesible, puede ser por rampa o escalera hacia la arena. Muy buena atención y amabilidad de parte de todo el personal. Buena organización en el desayuno, está disponible desde las 8 hs a 10 horas para todas las habitaciones y no separadas por horario, reponen continuamente lo que se ofrece. También tienen una buena organización para el uso de la piscina, teniendo que reservarla para que se haga uso de ella con tranquilidad.

El hotel está situado en una ubicación estratégica, en la línea de costa y en pleno centro de Piriápolis. Cuenta con internet gratis en el hotel y piscina climatizada.

Creo que la relación calidad-precio no es buena. Hemos reservado en otros hoteles en el balneario y obtenido mejor confort por menor precio. Las camas son incómodas, los colchones deberían ser cambiado. El baño es muy estrecho. El horario de limpieza de la habitación es errático. El estacionamiento es estremadamente estrecho, lo que dificulta el estacionamiento. El desayuno es muy pobre, la calidad del café pésima y las medialunas eran recalentadas, algo inaceptable.
