"Nice place but super hard mattress"

Nice hotel with good size rooms and bathroom but the beds were really hard. Good selection of foods at breakfast which was nice. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open for lunch or evening meal which we didn't know about until we arrived hungry and wasn't anything open nearby for lunch so either 20-30 minute walk or taxi to get food. Nice pool area but would be nice if at least one section of the pool wasn't undercover so you can get a bit of sun. Can only get drinks at pool area.

Hard bed and restaurant only open for breakfast as mentioned above

"Very nice place--worth a repeat."

Breakfast was quite satisfactory; location was good. Coffee, not so good (very weak).

The bed: the bed was uncomfortably hard. The 'blanket' was too heavy for a 'hot body' sleeper like me.

"Spacious room"

Very nice hotel, great location across the road (busy road) from a beautiful and huge park with lake. Large spacious and clean rooms. The beds are very, very firm - was able to ask for more pillows. Helpful and friendly staff despite our language barriers. Excellent laundry service (a bit pricey). Great breakfast- nice variety. Good AC and WiFi. Nice lake views and large balcony. Thai massage available.

The shower curtain, bathmat and bathroom tiles needed a good clean.
