Staff was great very helpful and polite , food was good too .

The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable .

The main park with lake is just across the road. Pool was big and clean but 120 mts from hotel building. 2nd pool as advertised did not exist.

The breakfast is exactly the same every day. Sheets and mattress very old The advertising said 300mts from Centre but it was actually 3 KMs When we realised that every day we would have to taxi back and forth for the evening meal we asked for a refund but they would not give it so we stayed 4 nights instead of the booked 5 nights and took a loss of A$54 Wash basin in room only has cold water.

Clean tidy, staff were great also a good breakfast .

กลอนประตูสมควรเปลี่ยนเป็นระบบ key card ได้แล้ว รู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัยกับลูกกุญแจที่ใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบัน อาหารเช้า ค่อนข้างซ้ำมีตัวเลือกน้อย ระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต ในห้องที่ผมพัก สัญญาณอับ เพราะในห้องมีกำแพงกระจก ทำให้สัญญาณช้าถึง หลุด ค่อนข้างบ่อย เตียงนอนแข็งเหมือนนอนอยู่บนแท่งหิน

Nice location, breakfast good, parking good

Bed was one of those really hard mattresses that you get around Thailand. I liked it and my wife did not. It is a good hotel. I can assure you of that. If you need a night or two in Korat stay here!
