The Cotton Tree Hometel

Good clean rooms; nice hot shower; and conveniently located. I've stayed at this hotel several times and it is my go-to for my trips to Khon Kaen.

There are some occasions when I can hear people in the adjoining rooms, but it isn't a big enough issue to keep me from staying at the hotel.

Clean and charming. Extensive use of timber and the old-Thailand décor give it a 'special' feeling. Good car parking, on property and undercover. With security.

Location. You need a car / taxi to get anywhere. Seems to be in a student area, with even more motorcycles than normal. These impatient motorcycle "swarms", and the poor to non-existent footpaths, make walking both unpleasant and dangerous.

That no window could be opened.
