Hotel przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy, której gwar słychac całą noc oraz muzyke z okolicznych barów. Wi-fi bardzo słabe plus wyłączane w w srodku dnia, w zależności od widzimisię osoby na dyżurze w recepcji, podobnie z ciepłą woda, którą właczali głownie wieczorem. Śniadania słabe, codziennie te same, malusienka jajecznica, bułki zadnych warzyw, 1raz byl arbuz. Kawa okropna, podgrzewana w mikrofalowce w malutkim kubeczku. W pokoju żadnej szafy, nawet nie było gdzie rzeczy wyłozyć.

The staff were kind and helpful, especially the girl working night shifts. The room and bathroom are as pictured, basic but good and clean. The shower had good water pressure throughout the stay and 3/4 nights it was hot.

It was extremely noisy. Even though we weren't facing the street, there is a bar nearby which is SO loud that kept us up and/or woke us up throughout the night. The music didn't stop at all, even on week days. It is true that the booking confirms there is a 5% extra fee for paying with a card vs cash, but we got charged 15% - I am extremely disappointed and enraged by this. So beware of this if you choose to stay here. This alone is reason enough for me never to return here. They told me they were going to put me down as a no show because I changed the dates of my stay causing the room to be unoccupied' for the final 3 days of my original stay, which seems extremely odd given that my request to change the dates was approved. I was not thrilled with this as it made no sense. Another reason I won't be returning as they made us feel extremely uncomfortable with this. One of the nights the shower was not getting warm so I couldn't shower and my partner took a lukewarm shower. They do not provide a bath matt so the first night the whole bathroom got wet. We requested more towels so we managed. Toiletries provided are minimal even though it is a 3 star hotel (we have gotten nice toiletries elsewhere in Cusco at 3 star hotels).

Blisko centrum, pomocna obsluga

Hałas, niewystarczająca ilość obsługi do zadań w hotelu. Jedna Pani jest na recepcji jednocześnie robiąc śniadanie dla gości, otwierając drzwi gdy ktoś dzwoni bo hotel jest zamknięty itd itp. Wszystko trwa wieki a człowiek zamiast jak gosc czuje sie jak więzień. Śniadanie jest okropne a w łazience jest grzyb na ścianach.

Blisko miasta. Dość wygodne łóżka.

Głośna muzyka w nocy z sąsiednich lokali. Za mało personelu do obsługi recepcji, kuchni, sprzątania. Nieznajomość podstaw angielskiego .

Lokalizacja i obsługa na plus hotelu. Wygodne łóżka.

Pokoje nie są sprzątane w trakcie dłuższego pobytu. Dużym minusem jest mała liczba obsługi - 1 pani od wszystkiego (otwiera hotelowe drzwi, podaje śniadania gościom, sprząta hotel). Hotel powinien zwiększyć liczbę personalu. Na śniadaniu o wszystko trzeba było się upominać.

Bem localizada, chuveiro bom o atendimento foi muito bom!

Faltou um tapete na saída do chuveiro e um frigobar.

O atendimento sempre que pedíamos alguma coisa, as pessoas sempre muito solícitas, num dos dias de passeio, eles deixaram um kit com lanche, pois o café ainda não havia sido servido, eles sempre procuravam nos atender de alguma forma.

Acho que só a questão dos quartos terem ficados em andares diferentes.
