Pessoal prestativo , camas confortáveis , quarto bem equipado e com tudo funcionando .

O café da manhã é fraquíssimo . Dependendo da opção que você escolhe se quiser manteiga tem que pagar extra , vem pouquíssimo café , somente um pão . Creio que com pouco investimento se poderia melhorar consideravelmente . O nível do café não acompanha o nível do hotel .

"Great stay, 5 min walk to the port and helpful and reliable free airport shuttle!"

I arrived at 4 am after getting off the boat and was grateful that someone was there to immediately let me in and help me get settled, and they were also generous with a late check out and I was able to take advantage of their free airport shuttle to get back to the airport for my afternoon flight. This time I stayed in a nice room on the 4th floor and appreciated that it was clean and had nice big windows. I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff that work in the adjoining restaurant where you eat your breakfast.

I have now stayed here twice through bookings made on booking.com and both times I paid a different rate, and in neither instance did it seem to correspond exactly with what was promised on booking. The previous time I stayed in a room that wasn't nearly as nice and definitely felt that it wasn't what was advertised, so if you happen to get a room assignment that isn't great maybe just ask for another one.
