Everything perfect

We were warmly welcomed by the owner. The hotel is so well located and owner made every effort to make us comfortable. Excellent sumptuous breakfast!

The bathroom might need some upgrading but it was absolutely fine and functional.

Beautiful spacious rooms. We had a room with the minaret view. Within the old city so walking distance to everything. The family which runs the place was fantastic- Greta hospitality. Very generous breakfast.

Top location, inside Itchan Kala, you can visit all by step. The property offers you an authentic experience, the house is beautiful and clean, the breakfast was great and the owner is a nice person.

There is nothing I didnt liked, it was a great stay. Maybe too short :(

Die Lage ist perfekt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bequem. Der Gastgeber spricht sehr gut Englisch.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, aber zu viel, man könnte weniger Süßigkeiten anbieten. Viele Gäste haben nicht mal die Hälfte von allem geschafft, was auf dem Tisch stand.

From the moment we arrived, the family welcomed us as their own with incredible enthusiasm, generosity, and flawless communication in both English and Russian. They went above and beyond to help us with every detail, including recommending the most fantastic local restaurants. The food at the hotel was equally exceptional; we were treated to the most authentic cheburek and delicious blinchiki we’ve ever tasted. Located in a prime spot, our #7 room features a veranda that offers, without a doubt, the best view in the city. If you want a stay that combines professional excellence with the genuine warmth of a home, this is the perfect place.
