RedDoorz near Ormoc Port Terminal

The CR was designed poorly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful!

There were too many mosquitos and the windows couldn‘t be completely closed

Room cancelled at last minute by hotel. Booking transferred to another hotel not within walking distance of port. Had to upgrade my room to remain at the hotel. Unimpressed! Poor night's sleep due to talking/mobile use in reception area.

nothing was likeable actually

Room too small, old and crying for renovation, no elevator, staff not flexible, noisy, noise starts at 6am, some of staff felt to be in X factor show , starting to Sing loud every morning, dragging chairs left and right regardless of guests might be sleeping. Overall very low level and one of my worst hotel experiences, I won't step in in any RedDoorz hotel anywhere. a total disgrace
