RedDoorz near Ormoc Port Terminal

The staff were brilliant

The room had a terrible smell air conditioning was very noisy had to change to a smaller room cause of a leaking ceiling

My Booking consisted of 1 x double bed 1 x Twin Room and a Family Room 2 x 2 Double Beds. These rooms were not available and not the rooms I paid for. I was given 2 x double beds and a twin room containing 2 x single beds. The hotel offered no reduction. Especially as the bathroom was full of cockroaches. I have stayed at RedDoorzs in the past and always given an honest review. But I would never stay Reddoorzs again. I will be writing to the CEO Amit Saberwal

The fact that they advertise room that are not available. Also, with no bedside table, balancing a cup of coffee on the bed. I tipped it on the sheets. And was told the house keeper would have to pay for the excessive cleaning charge. The stain on the sheet was small and the Cleaning Charge was reduced. Sorry I could never recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Drinks selection was also nice. Location fantastic.

We arrived and they had completely different rooms booked for us from our booking. We booked 2 rooms, and they only had 2 down. Finally relented into giving us the room we booked in the first place for cash only.

- In center of the city. - ATM near hotel. - kind staff. - bedroom clean

- problem with TV remote. - no air extractor in shower room. - a dead cockroach in the shower...

Bathroom no shower or water pressure way too slow. Squeaky or noisy bed. Very noisy window type air con. No lift.
