El chico encargado del mantenimiento, del jardín, etc. es super amable

La habitación individual es terrible. Caen larvas del techo a la cama, llena de insectos y mosquitos. Super calurosa, el ventilador no es suficiente. Tiene una cortina de caracolas llena de pelusas, con polvo acumulado de años. Por no hablar de la cama... el colchón se hunde, es super incómodo, tiene mil años. Trate de reservar directamente con ellos y me dieron un precio más alto, me negué, y durante el proceso bloquearon la habitación en booking y la volvieron a abrir con un precio superior. Terrible, merece la pena pagar más
