Location is good. Central enough to access malls and museums within the city centre with the use of grab. Staff member Jefferson made us feel welcome and accommodated the needs of my wife, 2yo baby and 70yo mother.

The rooms had no hot water. Maintenance wasn't able to relsove the issue. Breakfast had only two simple options for the first day but uppon complaining, management gave us more options. For the next 4 days.

The location is good and the price rate is reasonable with free breakfast

We are assigned in 6th floor with an elevator that was out of service and we have to use the stairs going down to 5th floor to access it. And too much noise during night time. We can hear all the vehicles passing on the road and every little steps outside our room.
