Hotel staff were kind and helpful. They arranged an ongoing ride to Ben Tre and even helped to negotiate a fair price. Location is within walking distance of central district of town.

Breakfast was not included in the room price. But the owner also owns a noodle (pho) soup restaurant right next door. We0 tried their pho soup and it was excellent. The young receptionnist and the owner provided helpful tips for places to visit and eat in the vicinity.

The room was invaded by very small ants. Despite02. treatment, they quickly came back. There is no lift in this hotel, so this could be an issue for travellers having difficulties to climb stairs.

They do make an delicious pho downstairs. Go eat there and find a better hotel.

The state of the bedroom was simply not up to our standards. Beware the photos: they DO NOT represent accurately the room. The carpet was dirty and stained, the bed was very small and not comfy, the bathroom was barely clean.
