Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Angestellten waren nett.

Die Beschreibung des Hotels entspricht nicht den Tatsachen. Es gibt keinen Strand mehr, vor dem Hotel ist eine riesige Baustelle, dadurch ist es 24/7 laut und schmutzig. Für das Frühstück gibt es auch nur 1 Stern: gummiartiges Brot, trockenes Ei, labbriger Salat, Kaffee leider ungenießbar

Mir ist absolut nicht klar, wie dieses Hotel zu dieser Bewertung auf Booking kommt?! Erstmal wird mit einer Aussicht beworben, die überhaupt nicht angeboten werden kann (obwohl man dafür extra zahlt!!) dann gibt es kein Buffet zum Frühstück sondern im benachbarten Restaurant ein spärliches Angebot an schlechten Getränken (instant Kaffee) und Brotstücken, die man nicht runterschlucken kann dazu sind die Fenster sowas von undicht, dass man das Gefühl hat ständig auf der Straße zu stehen und überall wird geraucht.

The service at the hotel was excellent — thoughtful and friendly. The staff were always ready to help with a warm, professional attitude. The room was fully equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The space felt cozy and well-designed, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

The room had such a warm and cozy vibe — beautifully decorated with soft lighting and a super comfortable bed that made us feel right at home. The breakfast was amazing too, especially the local crab noodle soup, which became our favorite dish during the stay. Everything from the view to the friendly staff made the experience so special. We both loved every moment here and would definitely come back for another romantic getaway!

First time visiting Cat Ba and I was so happy to find such a great hotel! I travelled on my own and asked the staff for some tips on places to visit — they were super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have picked a better spot!

The hotel offers great service and a super convenient location. I’ve stayed here twice now and have been happy every time. The breakfast is tasty, and the staff are always cheerful and friendly.

Not a fault of the hotel. But when I was here 8 years ago the hotel was alongside the sea front and beach. Reclamation, which I wasn't aware of, has pushed the esplanade and beach 400 metres away. No longer a beach view from this hotel. Sad, and so are many of the locals. (Photo from an adjacent high-rise)
