La struttura è solo funzionale all'aereoporto di Katowice che dista una decina di km e 15/20 minuti di percorrenza a seconda del traffico.

Il secondo piano è molto esposto e le camere non sono dotate di aria condizionata ragion per cui in estate le sconsiglio per il caldo eccessivo. Ad una recensione dove sottolineavo la mancanza di aria condizionata la direzione rispondeva che non è obbligatoria. Ma non si parla di obbligatorietá,tant'è che il soggiorno è stato pagato,ma di comoditá ed il soggiorno non è stato affatto comodo. Sono libero di esprimere la mia opinione in base alla mia esperienza.
