살면서 수없이 다닌 여행중에 조식서비스는 되면서 생수하나도 추가비용 달라는건 처음봤어요. 보통 한두병은 객실에 있고. 미니바에 있는것은 유료인데. 여긴 그런 개념없이 그냥 유료였나봐요. 그리고 퇴실후에 보니. 제가 체크인안했다고 노쇼로인한 패널티 어쩌구 저쩌구 알림이 오는것보니. 사이트수수료 안내려고 꼼수쓰는 호텔같아요. 물도 그렇고 노쇼도 그렇고 직원이 다 해쳐먹으려고 하는 짓같아 불쾌한 숙소였어요.

편리한 위치와 깨끗한 시설이 돗보이는 좋은 호텔입니다.

프론트에 직원이 없어서 장기간 기다리는 경우가 많았습니다. 특히 전날 일찍 떠난다고 미리 이야기를 했지만 주착장을 열어주지 않아 오래 기다려야 했습니다. 타이트한 여정이라면 추천하지 않습니다.

Breakfast was adequate with some choice. Room was very comfortable. Staff were professional.

We stayed here after our 4 day loop tour. We had a wonderful room on the 8th floor (808) with a stunning view over the river and the city. The room was very spacious, clean, modern and had a very comfortable bed. Everything was in top condition and overall I would say it is much more worth than we had to pay. Definately a perfect place for recovering after the loop. Best thing however was the staff: Ha Giang was hit by the flood overnight, all streets were flooded and there was no way of leaving the hotel for 24 hours and electricity broke down as well. Quan, the manager, took extremely good care of us cooking noodle soup and keeping us updated. And all this even though he had much more to worry out himself. We will never forget this experience and will definately come back if we return to Ha Giang.
