Simpatia do staff, limpeza 5 estrelas, adorei a mascote, o espaço é lindo, espaço sossegado e silencioso.

Manutenção da casa de banho deve ser feita com maior recorrência (sanita entupida e água do chuveiro as vezes ficava fria a meio do banho) e o secador maior qualidade, acho que não fica muito bonito ter sacos de comida à porta dos quartos, mas isso não sei se será da responsabilidade do hotel.
