Big room. Comfortable bed. Complimentary water. Balcony.

The room was very large. It had a nice terrace and the towels looked brand new.

Reception staff spoke no English so where not able to assist us in any way. TV channels were only in Chinese which we found very odd for a Vietnamese hotel catering to an international clientele. Room was extremely poorly maintained, terrible paint job, rotting ceiling in bathroom. Room cleaning consisted of a change of towels, emptying of bin and a quick wipe of coffee table. Not a pleasant experience.

I like the location and basic facilities of them most. It's nearby the train station and exactly at the center of the city. Highly recommend.

Staffs seem to be young and lack service skills. Our room was cut off electricity at the 1st night but their fixation was slow-response and kinda ignorance feeling.

central location, convenient to go around

too old, the bathroom has lots of weird noise when the room next door flush.
