Et dejligt sted, god pool, morgenmad var ok, men meget ensformigt, rent og pænt. Hjælpsomt personale.

Stikkontakterne var umulige opladeren kunne ikke blive i kontakten. Der var ikke pool håndklæder, man betalte 50 bath for at få et til poolen, måtte betale mere for pool håndklæder når der var solcreme på, de mente at de ikke kunne vaskes rene. ALLE håndklæder var så slidte at de flossede i begge ender, var nervøs for at de flækkede når man brugte dem. Håndsæbe var der heller ikke. Kun 2 solsenge.

Surat Thani is a wonderful convenient hub for transit travel to so many southern Thailand locations & Top Residence is super value for money as a stopover. The small pool is sparkling clean, the quiet location off the street allows for a restful sleep & the breakfast - although quite simple in choices - the omelette provided was probably the best we had in the country (including far more expensive 4 & 5-star stays)! Highly recommended 😀

The receptionist who checked us in was very helpful, friendly, chatty and gave us recommendations when asked. We asked to move rooms as there looked like damp on the walls and this was done very quickly and efficiently. The bed was comfortable. Self serve breakfast was basic but adequate with freshly made eggs to order. Good value for the money. We didn't use any facilities so cannot comment.

The look of the walls in the first room we were allocated. The house keeping staff started very early (before 7am) and were in the corridor with their cart which was quite disruptive.
