Da localização. O edifício por fora tem bom aspecto.

A Limpeza em geral. Tinha um cabelo entre os lençóis de uma cama.Uma teia de aranha junto a uma janela. Casa de banho muito modesta, antiga e minúscula. Muito mau conforte térmico, que apenas melhorou quando se ligou o ar condicionado. Sinais de muita humidade no teto do edifício na zona das escadas no ultimo piso... Nao vimos qualquer funcionário à entrada e saída. É um edifício a precisar de obras de beneficiação e de uma melhor gestão...
