Cordial serviced apartment

Check in was quick and easy. Reception staff really helpful. Breakfast was Not included and I knew that when I booked. Location was good and on a busy main road in the city of Hua Hin. All the amenities (grocery shopping, massage parlours, night markets, public transportation) were close by and within walking distance.) The main road is served by Songthaews which cost 15 THB for a ride and run regularly along this main road to take you along the way and save you walking in the searing beat, especially in the afternoons. A fridge is provided in the room which was great to keep your fruit and drinks cold. The room has a work desk for using your laptop as well as a large size wardrobe. The balcony was a Good place to sit out and a drink or a snack.

No kettle in the room or any tea/coffee making facilities. Also there is a tour operator office and coach depot just in front of the apartment/hotel building which means that you can hear the buses/coaches starting their engines getting ready to start their long journeys to Bangkok and Chang Mai. This engine noise can wake you up early in the morning and disturb your sleep somewhat.

Nice comfy spacious apartment with balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleaned regularly and has good cable channels including movies and sport.

Shop in apartments could do with more stock.

Just stayed there for one night: the beds were really comfy, the staff friendly, close to the beach. Just the night market was a bit far away, but all in all a very good stay!

It’s very basic, but good value for money. If you’re using the bus to get to Hua Hin, you’re in luck because the bus station is right in front of it. There’s a mall right next to it, and the night market and other hot spots are all pretty close by Grab.

I thought I’d have a view of the sea but at the 4th floor you’re not high enough for the view. Water pressure was a bit off but nothing serious. The view from the balcony is dull - it’s just a street and after 7pm it’s pretty dead (which might be to your preference). The hotel overall has a very dated feel, but again can’t complain at this price.

It was what I expected, good size rooms with balconies !! Classic and clean !! Good central location !!

-terrible WiFi, didn't work much -noisy a/c -inconsiderate guests making noise early in morning, woke me up much earlier than I wanted to. -shower was either too hot or too cold because of the old water heater.

The size of the rooms ., the price and the staff were so friendly and accommodating plus the view ., it was so quiet in a great location ., I will stay here again
