Our stay at U Sabai Living was truly enjoyable. The hotel room was very spacious, furnished with a twin bed and a single bed (As we are a group of 3), along with practical amenities such as a wash basin, plate drying rack, microwave, and fridge. They thoughtfully provided plates, cups, spoons, and forks, which made our stay even more convenient. A lovely a la carte breakfast is available as an optional addon for THB 200 per head The hotel’s location is excellent—it sits right on the main road and is only a three‑minute walk from Jungceylon Mall. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and in the evenings, many street food vendors set up around the Fresh Market. The area is lively, vibrant, and full of activity, making it a great place to stay. The room was spotlessly clean, and the balcony was well‑equipped with a small table, two chairs, and a clothes‑drying rack. From the balcony, we enjoyed a beautiful mountain view and were able to watch the sunrise every morning right from our window. Housekeeping ensured the room was cleaned daily, and the reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Overall, we were very happy with our experience at this hotel, and if we return to Patong, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The main issue during my stay was the attitude and helpfulness of the reception staff. First, my room was ready about two hours after the official check-in time. Unfortunately there was no apology, no update, and no offer to notify me when the room was ready. When I asked if they could message me, I was simply told they do not use WhatsApp. When I tried asking a few simple questions about the city, the response from the staff member was repeatedly just “I don’t know.” There was no attempt to help or suggest where I might find the information. Later when I brought clothes for laundry service, the staff member initially seemed unwilling to take them and said it would take two days, even though the hotel offers a faster laundry option. Only after I mentioned the express service did the response change to “maybe today or tomorrow.” Overall, the service felt very uninterested and unhelpful, which made the check-in and interactions with reception frustrating. A more welcoming and proactive attitude from the staff would make a big difference to the guest experience.

1: I love the location , it’s on very quite side and very near to famous bangla walking street. 2: Staff is very respectful, polite and very friendly, they don’t let you feel that you are in other country without friend. 3: there is small out door siting area where you can enjoy the morning bustling street. 4: Lota of breakfast options are available and also you can ask staff to customize for you. 5: Hotel is guest friendly too , you don’t need to pay for guest fine.

There is nothing I would not like about this property rather I will come back again here to enjoy my trip with staff because now they all are my friends now.
