In camere se face curățenie zilnic se schimbă prosoapele de cate ori ai nevoie echipa de la curățenie nota 10

Mancare lasa de dorit aceleasi feluri repetitive si fara gust mese rezervate la restaurant in regim de bufet si restaurantul prea mic pentru atati turiști te plimbi cu mâncarea in mana sa găsești o masa pe care nu o găseați

Zona in sine este excelenta, in la receptie sunt persoane agreabile, care fac tot posibilul sa acomodeze situatia

Multe maruntisuri care impreuna strica totul: mancarea neadaptata nevoilor, bucatarul nu prea le are cu gustul, exces de sare, zahar si grasimi, camera cu defecte gen nu functioneaza caloriferul si nici incalzirea in pardoseala, baia pentru camerele business este mai putin dotata decat cea standard desi a costat mai mult, samd.
