Angajații de la baza de tratament, interesați și devotați.

Condițiile din camere au fost sub așteptări, iar la restaurant și la spa a fost aglomerație constantă. Saunele erau insalubre, iar la piscină programul până la ora 24 nu compensa faptul că apa nu părea schimbată și nu se făcea igienizarea corespunzătoare. În ultima seară, a plecat un domn cu șlapii soțului meu, am făcut noi pe detectivii să ne recuperăm șlapii. La insistența noastră S-au uitat pe camere, nu au nici o organizare la piscine, nu există nimeni să supravegheze, nu se respectă nici o regula, la sala de fitness, copii singuri în șlapi aleargă pe bandă, la saună copii de 10 ani .
