Water heater not function

Big room and private access to the common pool. The pool was absolutely amazing, great for laps swimming or splashing.

We really enjoyed our stay and liked everything overall. The only drawback was the lack of a restaurant or bar on site in the evenings (perhaps due to low season). Additionally, getting to Ao Nang required taking a taxi, as there are no pedestrian paths and walking along the road felt too dangerous.

Staff service are flawless. They can solve our problem without hesitating and point out the best solution during our stay. Both front amd bell boy are nice and promptly serviced us with best service mind althhough our stay was short.

The staff was super nice, the breakfast was good! The pool was clean. And cleaning was done very well. The rooms were very clean.

There was a moist smell at the first day we arrived. That went away after we stayed there.

Staff were nice and did their best to accomodate us. Pool was ok eventhough lots of broken places. Place was once nice n great. Years have taken their toll. Looks like no money is being invested in repair or renewal. All is worn down from the bed sheets to the bath robes and the pools steps.

Fungus in some rooms is unacceptable no shower pressure.
