Big clean room, good value for money.

Near the sea but No nearby accessible beach in walking distance . About 10- 15 ride from centre Hua Hin depending on traffic. Breakfast menu, food was good but mainly Asian options

Clean and comfortable room. Nice pool but cold.

Unhelpful desk staff, staff otherwise were on the whole helpful. Distance from the town means it is a long walk or 200 Baht in a tuktuk.
