"Really good 😊"

First time staying here could not fault the location and close to the beach was definitely good , will return in the future for sure , my first time in hau Hin, really good place to go 🇹🇭🫶🏼

Perhaps breakfast not doing but it's not the end of the world , good understanding between the staff and the hospitality was brilliant 😊

Cheap and cheerful. Only a few minutes to the beach, and basic amenities (as expected) but all clean and functional. Pat, the receptionist, was great and always very helpful.

"Avoid at all costs… dishonest, unprofessional and inconsiderate"

Difficult to be positive about this hotel. I had nothing but problems with the lying, unprofessional owner.

Owner refused to allow me to check-in until 8pm and then demanded payment in cash. When I challenged this she simply said “we have no room for you” which left me without a room for the night

"Amazing staff, very clean place!"

Most importantly we really loved the friendly and helpful staff, especially Pat! The hotel mat not be the newest, but it’s very clean and provides everything needed to spend some good days in Hua Hin. The shared pool was very clean as well. The way to the beach is only two minutes, and it’s really easy to get around to Hua Hin Center or Khaki Takiab by songthaew.

Not much to say, I wouldn’t expect more for this price!
