The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but it's good enough. It's not a breakfast buffet, but with options of either Western style or Thai style, plus some Thai dessert. The car park is big and there is paid laundry service. There are USB charging ports on the power socket.

If you are driving your own cars to Uthai Thani, it will be difficult to move around as there are no taxi or Grab services. But the hotel could help and call the Tuk Tuk or tricycle for short travels.
